Lasko fans have been around for a long time and is a brand you can trust. And as expected, this fan does not disappoint. I especially like the newer updated features on this model and am extremely pleased with my purchase 😀. This fan is well priced at Walmart and I highly recommend 👌.

Ladies...if you get hot flashes like I do, especially at night - this product is a game changer!! Not only do I sleep the whole night but I wake up with dry PJ's!!! We have central air but I still need a fan at night. The sleep mode is perfect and completely quiet (unlike my old stand up round fan). I adjust the speed so the air is concentrated on my side of the bed... my husband has nothing to complain about ! I haven't slept this good since before I had my children! Buying another one for my She shed - my family may not see me until Winter!!!!

Lightning recently chose our house as its villain origin story, leaving us with partial power, a completely deceased HVAC system, and a long, slow situationship with insurance. Naturally, the inside of our home turned into a warm, slightly aggressive terrarium (a crisp 84° and climbing). Enter this fan—our unexpected hero. This thing didn't just “help,” it made the living room actually survivable. I went from questioning my life choices to sitting in a gentle, whisper-quiet breeze pretending everything is fine. It has 12 speeds (all silent, somehow?) and a timer, which is great because I can set it and drift off before I fully fuse with my furniture. Highly recommend if you're overheating, sweating through your personality, or just trying to exist without becoming a human puddle.

this fan is exceptionally powerful with very little background noise and it cools a small room quite fast. the night mode is a nice feature as over the course of my sleeping the fan speed slowly decreases to a very comfortable level. the remote is easy to use and can be stored on the back of the fan, the only problem is it does not come with its own AAA batteries. for the amounts of money that this fan sells for you think that they would include batteries. one of the best and most important features on this fan as far as I'm concerned is the built-in air filter. I have bought dozens of fans over the years that did not have this feature and they have all burned out because of the buildup of dust on the squirrel cage fan mechanism as well as the Motors and the pivot point for the squirrel cages. even with weekly cleaning with a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment every fan I have ever owned becomes clogged with dust as well as cat hair as I have owned cats all my life. it would be the same for dog owners they shed and no matter how much you vacuum and dust there's dog hair everywhere. with the built-in air filter this should be as big a problem with this fan as it was with all of my other fans over the years. the cleaning instructions are easy and simple to follow. you remove one screw slide up the back panel, two clips lock the filter in place pop those free and the filter comes away very easily to be washed and left to thoroughly dry! I cannot over emphasize the fact that the filter needs to be thoroughly dry before it is placed back into the back panel of the fan and the panel reattached to the fan body itself and the screw replaced.

The sleek appearance of the tower fan and its cooling features are great. It is very powerful and cools a large room very well. I wish I could turn off the lighted temperature at night when sleeping; it is so bright that it adds considerable light into a dark room.

So far so good! But can someone tell me if you can adjust the temperature? There is no instruction to say I can.. I would like it colder since some hot days are coming along.

It does not say oscillating when I looked at it but it does, similar to their heater. It's nice to have a dan that you can adjust the speed while it's oscillating as the temps change during the day. On high when warmer and lower when temps go down. Also not just blowing in one spot, moves the air and I can pretend I'm laying on a beach with light breezes. Paired this with air purifier and I sleep so much better.

the sleek design was the reason for choosing it. the assembly was very easy and straightforward. i have option to have th screen and buttons lit up or completely off. it's not completely silent but comparatively quiet than regular fans. does the work of cooling a room.

I thought it supposed to blow out cold air. It just doesn't do it just blow the air that is in the room temperature. I was misled by looking at the pictures. I thought it had cold air coming out of it. Don't waste your time buying this if you're looking for an alternate source of air conditioner because it's just going to Blow the hot day around your house. It's a waste of money.

I just opened up the box and plugged it in and the thing doesn't work right out of the box. at first I thought it was me and I was doing something wrong but sure enough I took off the cover to check the fan is moving and it is dead in the water. Brand new, dead in the water.
