Inept staff and store policies.
You should have NEVER substituted Laury for the Walmart brand. Very stupid staff. In addition, the order was for two Walmart containers at $9.54 each. That adds up to $19.08. You gave my brother three Laurys containers that cost $2.86 each. So three Laurys would add up to $8.58. meaning you would still owe me $10.50. Obviously someone at that store made two goofs; first they should have NEVER substituted a different brand, and second they don't know how to calculate a simple tranaction. So I still need two containers of Walmarts Cinnamon sticks and I will return the three Laurys. ... Mike Arciero

Weakest cinnamon sticks ever
The cinnamon sticks have no taste and smell. No matter how many sticks I put in my pot and no matter how hot I heat it, the water stays pretty clear. Don't waste your money. Buy any other brand.
