for inexpensive, quality this product serves you well its not expected to last 10 years, and it took this hemiplegic veteran 20 minutes to install it. *** no need for teflon tape on the faucet threads*** (my $90, tall spout unit lasted 10 years But the replaceable connector for the extendable water spout started a secret leak and ruins my base vanity cabinet)

This is the cheapest faucet I could find anywhere. Used it for a play kitchen so can't say how it actually works. The knobs turn and it is "real" -that is all I need. It is non metallic like description says, that means it is plastic with a chrome paint job.

Excellent quality. But, I can't get the screws loose to remove he handles. I bought is just for the handles.

Started leaking at about the 2 year mark. I guess you get what you pay for.

Very bad product. It is made with plastic materials and you will see water all over the place without control . I do not recommend it .
