Fantastic!
This is a great product! We bought a set about 4 years ago for our breakfast club where the children absolutely love it. I bought this set recently for our new after school club where the children are equally entertained by it. We have had numerous different creations already. It allows the children to be inquisitive and creative. Top product!

Hours of father/daughter fun
My daughter is not quite three. I got her this for Christmas because she likes to build and it seemed like it would be good for fine motor skill development. So far, she has pulled this off the shelf every day. She enjoyed building towers, rearranging the gears, and figuring out why all the gears are not spinning. I have had a great time playing alongside her, making cars, towers, and different building shapes. I would have liked to have been able to have gears spin in different planes, but we are both having a great time with this set.

Great for hand/eye coordination, problem solving.
I am not a W-M customer after several really bad experiences, but was desperate to find this toy for my Grandsons. They are 3 & 5 y.o. and love it. Nice thing about this toy is more can be added.

Gears, Gears, Gears keeps kids busy.
I got two buckets of Gears, Gears, Gears so that the grandchildren had enough to share among them. It keeps them entertained creating their own inventions.

definitely adding to the collection
my son kept telling me about this building set he played with at school so I asked them what it was and surprised him with them. He was so excited and showed me all the different designs he had already made and is so happy that he can continue building the vision he has without having to put them away after "free-time" is over. He absolutely loves them and we will be adding to his collection

This is a Christmas present for a 6 year old and I am sure he will have fun with it. However I was disappointed on looking at the parts list that it only has one crank to turn your creation

disappointed by broken piece
As this was a Christmas gift for my grandson, a little disappointed to find one of the bases that the gears attach to broken when he opened it. Otherwise, an excellent product.
