i love the idem but it says 4pack and i got one

I only received one bottle

It is true about the cap having a poor seal and the water dribbles when you're trying to drink it. Another thing is that it states FOUR (4) pack, and I ordered 12 bottles. I only got 12! It says a FOUR pack. It does not indicate that the four comes from the one that changes color so I was highly disappointed in that.

Per the instructions, "Auto Shut-off after 3 mins of inactivity". I purchased these to use on our bikes for local events where the theme is decorating bikes with lights. The events included an hour-long summer event as well as riding as a group in our local Christmas parade. Unfortunately, while mounted to the bikes, the bottles do not detect enough "activity" to stay illuminated and then turn off after 3 minutes. At first, the bottles look great but then turn themselves off. Unfortunately, this makes them useless for our intended application.

MISLEADING INFO! The description and photos for the water bottles state that it is sold as a set of 4 units, but only one unit was in each of the packages I received. I will likely return my order because spending $80 for 8 water bottles is not in the budget. Disappointing.

The first time I ordered this I didnt receive it, which is not their fault, however the second time, I only received 1. I waited to see if the other 3 would show up, but they never did. this product clearly shows it was supposed to be a 4 pack in both the quantity and the Item details section. It does ALSO have 4 colors, but thats not the same as the quantity description. When I called cx service, they saw the same problem. Im disappointed as this was supposed to be a fun stocking stuffer for my very active kids. If you order, this will not come as a 4 back, but just 1 bottle.

online when i bought the water bottles it said it is a 4 pack for convenience. but when the packaged arrived it was a single water bottle. these were supposed to be stocking stuffers for my kids and here we are christmas eve with 1 water bottle and 3 kids. 🤦‍♀️
