Hot pot
It was delicious! Instead of using water, we use ramen broth and was delicious. It was a little salty, I would definitely use it for my family's hot pot.

I got this soup base to use when I purée my pork loin. I have medical issues and I have to purée most of my food. This helps to add moisture to it. It also adds amazing flavor to it. I will assuredly purchase this product again.
