This product is easy to take has a sweet tarte chewable taste, and I love the results. My body is loving all the extra hormone help!

Easy to take. Got these for teen daughter who would suffer from bad premenstrual/ menstrual headaches, since starting these, huge decrease in symptoms. Also read that it helps with insulin resistance, and we have recently changed up dietary habits along with increase in physical activity, the acanthosis nigricans has lightened up. We are going on 4 months taking this.

I have had 2 bottles the first one was pills because I don't trust gummies or chewables but they aren't bad at all my second bottle was a chewable and I just ordered another as I have only ten left I do have pcos my period is due to start soon and this is the first time I've ever felt cramps for a period mind you they are light but I feel them so I think they are working i really hope so because I feel like I've tried everything

I have been having issues with my menstrual cycle being irregular while pumping- I do have Hashimotos. Which is a headache in itself. I did a lot of research and found that this supplement is very beneficial for irregular cycles, PCOS, metaboloc disorders, the list goes on. Even my OBGYN said I was taking a great supplement. I love the fact it is once a day. I take enough pumping supplements 2x to 3x a day. I didn't need to add more. This is 1 and done. Lol. It can be a little chalky- so sometimes I need a sip of water after. I do not mind the cherry flavor (better then a tums). After I had a miscarriage in 2024 my menstrual cycles were a bit heavier than it use to be. Looking to figure out why and what I could do to help me, I did my own research and I found my answer. It says it will take 3 months before you notice something. And sure enough I did! My cycles were so much better and I not cramping like crazy. It has helped me so much!

First of all it's so easy to take because, it taste so good. I've been taking it for a little over a month now and I have definitely noticed my facial hair growing slower than usual. Can't wait to see what else it does for me.

I love the flavor of these tablets and they are not chalky at all. The chewable option makes it a lot easier to take another supplement that's not another capsule.

Got these to see if they would help balance my hormones (PCOS, perimenopause). Still too early to tell for sure, but I feel better physically and emotionally so that's definitely a good start! 🙂

Tasted horrible

Super chalky! It's been hard to finish them because they are thick and chalky - I wish they came out with gummies instead. Also, I used to be able to get my periods with the other brand (wholesome) which I can only assume that it did regulate my hormones but for 15 days with these I haven't gotten anything!
