I have PCOS and dealing with food (especially carb) cravings is forever a struggle. I am so grateful that this product actually works. I noticed my thoughts are not fully centered on what I'll eat next and have noticed a bit of a decrease in my appetite.

I've been using this for a month now before carb-heavy meals and it has been effective in reducing my spikes significantly. I've found that for me personally I need 2x-3x the recommended dose to control my spike but it makes a huge difference and I no longer get crashes after a meal. I have diabetes and monitor with a CGM. I've taken this supplement as instructed, and though it's not a cure, has helped balance my sugar levels enough for me to debate repurchasing. it does reduces appetite but it won't control the cravings for sweet stuff 😕 i would probably recommend maybe just for reducing appetite

You did not seem to work. And for some reason, they keep sending this to me, and i've tried to cancel it

These seem to work wonders for others but they caused me ALOT of stomach pain and bloat after just taking one pill ( took another the next day before I realized what was causing my pain). The least bit of pressure on my stomach was painful. I wanted to love these like others in hopes they would help with my sugar cravings. Unfortunately I'm stuck with an opened bottle I cannot return with only two pills missing. Not discouraging others from buying as it seems to work well for most.
