I love pop tarts and when I started my weight loss journey I had to find an alternative to the regular pop tarts and this was it I put it in the microwave for 13 seconds and I got a sweet savory treat without the sugar I have ordered these off of Walmart several times because I couldn't find them in the Walmart stores in my area.

Very tasty, very filling. I'm in the recovery phase post lumbar fusion surgery, and I need extra protein for healing. These make great snacks for that purpose, especially since some of the medicines make it hard for me to eat. I have also taken them with me when I have to be out and about and will need to eat during that time. Very convenient, as they are lightweight and fit in my bag easily.

I bought these for the protein. They are delicious, tasteclike devils food cake. the size is similiar to a pop tart. There is only 4 individually wrapped pastries for approximately $10, so they are pricey, but I will buy again, just not sure how often.

Im a diabetic and my blood sugar drops very low at night so I started keeping these on hand. They raise my blood sugar up slowly without causing spikes that can lead to reactive hypoglycemia. The cinnamon helps balance my blood sugar. Has a cake like texture. Soft and fresh. The flavor is light , not too sweet. I like that have a lot of protein. They are a little pricey but Ive found that Walmart has the best price on these.

Out of strawberry blueberry cherry or brown sugar cinnamon this is my favorite flavor. For 20 grams of protein %26 something sweet for 180 calories it's good. If you are picky about artificial sweeteners these may not be for you. They are quite expensive but if you wang high protein low calorie the macros are on.

DONT HEAT THEM UP! they taste so gross when heated! First time I tried it I heated it in the toaster oven, and the heat must have brought out that nasty "protein flavor" because I was gagging with every bite, then the next day I decided to try them again without heating and they actually tasted pretty good! Couldn't taste that protein flavor at all, although I did spread a thin layer of peanut butter on it, which just made them even tastier, plus its extra protein! But I put the peanut butter on it because I was a little traumatized from my experience with them the day before lol. These are just easy! one pastry has 20g's of protein, so for me, it's just such a convenient way to get more protein without having to eat too much. According to people on reddit, the Chocolate Cake one is good too, so I'll try that one next. 10$ for 4 pastries is expensive though! But they are worth it for the amount of protein you're getting!

The box is deceiving. It looks like a lovely pop tart but doesn't have pop tart crispness. It's spongy and not a good texture. Most 3 out of four of the pastries were missing the sprinkles. The fudge sauce on the inside was dried out. It was not the pleasant pastry I expected.

These have a very intense chemical like smell and a flavor to match. $10 for 4 pastries that literally smell and taste like a chemical plant is….. wow. Unfortunately I took one bite and threw the rest away including the 3 unopened pastries. 100% Don't recommend.

I've had a lot of low carb/keto foods but these fake pop tarts are not good especially at $9 for a box of 4. Weird texture on the "pastry" and the filling was squished out on either side and the frosting was only on half of the pastry. I bought Blueberry %26 Chocolate. Save your money they are both weird %26 not very good. The product looks nothing like the pic on the box.

I usually don't write reviews but this was the most awful chemical tasting protein snack I've ever tasted. I would never buy it again and I would never recommend it to anyone. It was so artificial and chemical tasting. I know protein bars and snacks usually don't taste good but this one was -100 out of 10. It also has a weird smell.
