I have been taking this product for about two years consistently. Two at night. My systolic (top number) blood pressure went from mid 130-140s to 118- 121. These are amazing! I take 2 before bed to help with the brain noise that wakes me up in the middle of the night. I somwtimws take one in the morning to help if i know I am going to have a stressful day. Tastes like the motts fruit gummies! I could eat a handful!

The experience is more uplifting and you'll be in a better mood which others around you will appreciate. Just keep in mind that there's added sugar which some may not like or want to avoid. A great choice for those that don't want to swallow a pill and prefer the berry flavor. Only downside is that the bottle cap doesn't always cooperate and takes extra strength to open it.

They taste fine they aren't terrible at all and in about 20-30 minutes I'm relaxed and my mind noise settles down enough that I can go right to sleep. The directions say take two gummy‘s twice a day, but I take 2 at night. I would say I would 100% recommend these!

These gummies definitely make me stress less %26 I feel like my anxiety is a bit more manageable however these give me crazy vivid dreams %26 nightmares which wakes me up in the middle of the morning from freight so then I'm afraid to fall back asleep because I go right back into the dream .. so not sure if I would re purchase

I have purchased this gummy three different times now. Normally everything is fine. However, my last purchase I received these. This is unsatisfactory 100%. The gummy‘s have crusty stuff on them and I do not feel comfortable taking these. They look old and expired. I don't know if they stamped a new expiration date or what but these gummy‘s and the bottle itself appear defected. I went through Walmart to try and start a return, but it says I cannot so with that being said, I'll probably stop buying from GOLI NUTRITION.

I use these gummies all the time and they work excellent for anxiety, relaxing, and falling asleep. Lately the gummies have been very hard with a weird smell though.

I've been taking it for a week now can't tell a difference except I am digging the gummy pieces out of my teeth the rest of the day definitely the pill is better
