LEGO City Space Base and Rocket Launchpad 60434

I read/saw a couple of bad reviews of this set before I got it but I don't really understand them. All of the elements are really good, from the space ship to the detailed interior of the space base. Perhaps it's slightly too expensive for what it is but that's my only minor criticism.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great package. The fun part of this setup is that it is modular. You build small items and assemble them into a bigger set. Love the separate spaceshuttle. The small mini figures are also really fun to play with.

The spaceship is a sick space triangle. Not shown very much in the pics or on the box but I love it. Also you can have it be a much better engine for the space train in the space station set. The space base is great too with a large useful crain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A very exciting set for children aged 8 years and older. My son liked it but hasn't put it all together yet Lego parts are made perfectly as always, everything connects as it should

This is a wonderful build for anyone who likes LEGO Space! You can attach other Space sets on to it using the airlock. My only problem with it is that the science room is a little to small and only contains a microscope but over all it is a great set.

2024 was a great year for the Space theme. I've picked up most of the sets in the City Space and really enjoyed them. They are quite evolved from the ones I grew up with. I really like how substantial this set is and love there are so many moving bits and play features. As the largest set in the 2024 Space theme, I wish it would have more than one of the airlock pods, but on the plus side, I'm looking forward to connecting it to the Science Lab set I picked up earlier. The space suit equipment racks are a nice touch. Lego should try incorporating accessory storage in more of its sets I think (e.g., more clips, docking ports and storage boxes built into the sets). This is a great set guaranteed to keep someone busy for a while. I wish I just had more space for my Space Lego!

This set can combine with others and has so many play features

Bought it for my grandson for Christmas and he's over joyed with it

Did not have all its lego bags in the box. sent it back.

Because it has not arrived and is nowhere to be found! I paid on time but Walmart has not delivered my order on the guaranteed date. Now I have to waste time calling Walmart to try to find it, get a refund etc. Terrible.
