LEGO City Space Port Lunar Research Base 60350

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely brilliant. So many different pieces to build to create the City. Master 7 attempted to complete the city on his own & after some guidance from Dad, he was set & able to complete the City on his own. The instructions were easy to follow, the lego app is brilliant being able to zoom in and rotate, especially having the picture diagram to follow. Master 4 really tried also however was a little out of his reach. Highly recommend this Lunar Research Base City to any lego fan or space enthuse. Master 7 was so eager to complete the building of this City, he did it in about 3 hours. It now sits proudly on display in his bedroom.

He enjoyed having multiple items to build and then play with later, which kept him interested for longer. He especially enjoyed the living area of the lunar base and setting up the characters to tell a story.

They all play really nicely together with this set & it keeps them occupied for hours together & is so lovely to see. Well done Lego, my children have been fascinated with space & have learnt so much from this set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Lego box was a blast. My daughter and I had hours and hours of quality time together. We both had lots of fun. My 7 year old started out doing the building, but we both realised very quickly that this was going to be a marathon build and I was going to need to do the building for the most part. As we completed each new section she would get super excited and start playing with it immediately. We spent hours talking, laughing and exploring. When we had put the claw together she had found her favourite. From then on any block got given to me via the claw. There are so many different aspects to explore, so there was new excitement regularly throughout the build. By the end of the evening I had a happy exhaustion going and sat back watching her use the kind of free imagination I wish I still had. I would definitely recommend this Lego set. Because it is such a big box full of fun, it will need an adult or a more mature kid with the patience to build. But absolutely worth buying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The look of excitement when I handed it to Bella and neighbours child was great. But they amazement at all the contents even better. The little detector man is a huge hit. Lots of parts so had to keep contained and some fiddly bits but overall, brilliant.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lego is definitely a favourite in our home so this set was such a fun addition to it. I put it together with my son and had a great time doing it. The instructions were easy to follow with very clear images of the pieces required for each section. Each part of this set is so cleverly thought out and it looks great. My son was adorable trying to tell me which part was his favourite (which changed constantly because he loved it all).

A good activity to keep my 11yr old son occupied off a screen and putting something together because he is a kinetic learner. The instructions are simple enough for him to follow without help. 2 issues for me: -it is a bit flimsy when assembled and can easily break off, so can't really play with it once constructed -it you lose a piece it is frustrating and annoying
