Brilliant build, really quite weighty too which is good, shame it didn't have the strap at the back to actually strap to your arm some how? Or a handle? Maybe the weight hinders that idea. Looks amazing with my Thors Hammer

I really enjoy build it up this. I had moments of "sleep" because 70% of the build was repetitive but I really think is part of the GAME, I made a video and published on TikTok. You need to be very accurate during the build or everything it will fall a part (Luckily it did not happen to me)

My son bought this in the sale having eyes it up before Christmas. It's his third build in two weeks. He disappeared hours at a time and absolutely loved building it and the finished object. He's already eying up what's next.

the end result is absolutely worth it, however this is the most repetitive set I have every built. I put on a movie and just worked through it and I enjoyed it. Word of advice, separate the parts into individual groups, it becomes very easy to pick from each pile build and repeat.

Although it's over 3000 pieces, it was an easy build as a lot.of it was repetitive, so someone under 18 could build this, and it's looks awesome

For everyone complaining about how repetitive the build is... its a symmetrical shield with a solid design on it... its hardly going to be a unique step by step process. I for one am very much enjoying this build. The repetitive nature means a bit of zoning out while you build 36 of the same thing across 12 bags. The size and shape are impressive and it's going to look amazing beside thors hammer. Would have loved this to be life sized but I guess that would have meant 36 more repeated steps

The display of the shield looks really good if you're a marvel fanatic like myself. A must have if you're collecting the marvel display sets. However, unfortunately my captain America shield set was missing a couple pieces. Just as a my Thors hammer and star lord helmet were missing pieces. Seems to be a re-occurring pattern for the marvel sets. In addition, the build does get very repetitive, but I mean it's a shield it's gotta be that way. The stand for the shield feels a little weak, but it hasn't fallen yet! I would suggest doing this build in a group of 2 or 3.

Managed to build it but when I was trying to display it managed to break it apart. Will have to pull it all back and when rebuilt carefully put it where I want it

Horrible set, very repetitive, very hard to put together without dissasambling it, the middle part falls all the time, and once it falls you have to take the whole thing apart in order to stick it back together. the building experience is extremely boring, you just build the same thing over and over. The figure is bad, it's not even unique and it has no leg printing.

Worst set I have ever bought from Lego. It is so fragile, it keeps falling apart and you have to start again! Got down to the last two bags of bricks and the whole thing fell apart for the third time. The centre cross is extremely hard to get accurate. The slightest millimetre out and the set collapses again. On top of this you have had to replace a large quantity of component. I intend to return it.
