My grandson loves Lego and Mario! This is a big win-win for Christmas!

This is fun to add to the starter kit to make the Super Mario starter set play for even longer. If you don't have the starter set then this will just be a regular set that you can interact with because there is no Mario, Luigi, or a Peach included. I have a Peach character and she responds to the pieces on here. The setup brings back memories of the original video game.

This set comes with 540 pieces and you can have your child build along digitally. Sometimes paper instructions can get confusing so this was really neat to use our tablet to follow along. This Lego set is so fun because not only do you build it from scratch but you can also play with it. There's small sets that you can buy separately that go along with this set. I'm so excited to try the other sets as well. I would definitely recommend this Super Mario Lego set for anyone who loves building them.

They do have several other Lego Super Mario sets, so they connected this one to their other ones. I love how they all work together so well. They enjoyed the new features and fun details. I love how this gets them off the screens for a bit, to build and be creative. This was very easy for them to put together and keeps them very well entertained. I would highly recommend this Lego set, especially for Super Mario fans!

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. More Mario Bros. sets are always a good thing. This expansion sets adds familiar components like the plant stalks and piranha plant. The colors are spot on for Super Mario. It works seamlessly with the starter set (we have Peach). I just wish the instructions would come printed in a booklet instead of digital.

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. This is a must have for any Mario fans. This is the expansion kit so Mario is not included. Once you have the Mario figure this really is a lot of fun to play with. Comes with detailed instructions but probably not appropriate for a new Lego builder.

The Lego Mario sets are such high quality. My son has many of them and this was his latest “high priority!” We have never been disappointed with these sets - highly recommend if you have a Lego lover (and Walmart usually has the best prices by far.)

I love all the details that remind me of hours of playing Super Mario. This was a great expansion to our Adventures with Peach set. Big Spike is my favorite addition to this collection.

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. The 500 piece Lego set is a nostalgic super Mario collector piece and serves as a puzzle. It comes in a standard box about 6 individual bags containing the parts a quick start guide digital instructions for completing the build. It's more of a accessory to a larger set however you can find ways to incorporate it as a stand alone. One of the big let downs is Mario and other characters that interact with the build interactive features are not included in this set. The piece range from small but not super tiny that you can't use your hands overall great project to keep a focused builder on task for a couple of hours.
