LEGO Super Mario tbd-Leaf-1-2021 71380

This set is an all-in. Less than a week after opening the starter course, I was looking for additional roads (2X8 a bit more or la bit less), I soon found out that I didn't have much as expected from all the LEGO Classic I bought through the years : they had to be the right color (blue, red, green, yellow). I was so happy to see Larry Koopa, far more than my 3 years old son. You have to have played the video game to fully understand how big he his! The Customization Machine is like a magic trick performed by a magician. Mario can't read the bar code unless you push the red button. Not only this, but from every model we built until now, we have always pressed a brick on top of another with studs (ok, I will admit that they are a few exceptions with Technic and others), but never did I lay a brick on a flat surface brick like that! I really was sceptic when looking at the online manual; how can it possibly work?! Tips for the builders: I did build it with my son and I inverted the side where the red button should push and it didn't work, so it may be a common mistake that many did too. After making the modification it worked! Another ingenious build is the sliding platform. That one was really entertaining for my son. I should try to make a really long one one day!

This LEGO Super Mario 71380 set is an awesome addition to our Mario collection! The build is fun and the customization machine, enemies, and Dash-30 pipe add so much creativity and replay value. My kids love designing new courses and changing the challenges each time they play. The quality is excellent, and it works perfectly with other Super Mario sets. Highly recommended for Mario fans and LEGO lovers!

My girls loves to play with them almost everyday specially because the sounds it mades using Lego Mario, great sounds and lots of fun! I really recommend this amazing Legos.

Everything from building it, to interacting on the game, and customizing the set to make fun levels. It has brought my son so much joy. This set comes with 366 pieces to expand your Mario starter set. It even has some special lego blocks like a special pipe for even more options. It includes four super Mario enemies from the game to add to your experience. The Lego SuperMario app is free and features the game, building instructions and other useful information. My son finds it so cool that you can build and customize your levels and then play them on his tablet. It has provided my son with hours of nonstop fun and gives him a chance to be creative and imaginative. I love that there are so many expansion sets to include and of course my son wants them all. We cant wait to add more and create new levels. This set is perfect as a gift for anyone who loves Lego and Mario. Great idea and very pleased with the whole set.

You type 71380 each bag has a number on it I start off with number one on the app I clicked on number one and it loads up a little slide show instruction how to build and there's also videos how to use to play with it. The Mario figurine is not included. It was very easy to build. They are 366 pieces

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My children love this set. They play for hours. Stomping the bob-omba and Larry are just some of the fun that they have. This is an expansion pack which comes with four bad guys and plenty of scenes for your Mario to travel. The four bad guys are Paratroopa, Goomba, Bob-omba, and Larry. We combined it with our starter Mario set and it turned out amazing. The app setup was easy. It does takes time to build every scene and character, but we love it. The details are incredible. I am glad to share my love for Mario with my kids and this be educational as well. I recommend this!

Great set to add to the Mario started course. The addition of one of the Koopa Kids was very nice. This set had DIGITAL instructions and REQUIRES the Starter Set to enjoy completely. I recommend this set to anyone that is enjoying the nostalgia LEGO brought with these Mario sets.

This set is our 10th Mario set. My son loves it very much. New characters and constructions. There are many options to build it and connect with other sets. Recommended!

I was happy to find this now retired item at a reasonable price, and while the package was delivered on-time, the shipper didn't take the extra step to pack the item in an outer box. Will not order from this seller again.
