[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids were so excited to build this Ninjago Lego set. From the image on the box to ripping opening the packets and during construction they never failed to be excited and the smile never left their faces. It's was an amazing lego set that provided hours of creative entertainment. They were so proud of themselves when complete and was a welcome addition to our home during the school holidays. The lego set looks great, has a wide range of movement and includes several Ninjago characters which was great for the kids to share and use in imaginative play
Awesome set. My sons loved it, and it goes really well with the other vehicle sets in the series. The figures are good as well.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am 45 years of age and I built the set with my 9 year old son. Throughout the build we found the instructions were easy to follow, though at steps 28 and 29 we did backtrack as the mechanism to turn the cogs was initially tight, and we also did not realise at first that it was limited to a specific range. The reason for this became obvious later in the build. The set itself was a creative build, and it was exciting to see how it came together as new sections were built on. It was also supported by a number of great mini figures, a mix of good and bad characters from the Ninjago series. In particular the detail on the headpieces for the bad guys and dragon Zane. It is great to see how LEGO have developed an exciting brand such as Ninjago which allows them the ability to showcase the brilliant designs of their creative team members. This certainly compliments the other options for LEGO sets that are available, and can be enjoyed by kids, and big kids like me.
(I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review). This Lego is beautiful. The colors are bright and fun. Even though it has 624 pieces, my nephew had no problem putting it together on his own. The thing that I liked the most is the car ( the biggest piece) is actually quite big. Which was a nice surprise.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set was an awesome team building exercise for the school holidays. It was challenging yet perfect for the kids to solve through team work. Each stage was easy to understand and put together. Took about 3.5 hours to build and has them wanting to make another one.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was a cool lego to build, my son loved it. Good instructions and easy to complish. We will absolutely buy more of those Lego.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son (9) and I loved putting together Kai's Golden Dragon Raider! It was a bit tricky in some parts, so it is best for an adult to assist. He was thrilled to open each new bag and create new and exciting additions. The instructions were well written and the diagrams easy to follow. He did lose interest at one point as it became quite difficult, but I was happy to continue with the construction. He was then able to return to complete it. The colours are great and there were new pieces we had not used before, overall it was very engaging and a fun activity to do together.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a blast building the Lego Ninjago Kai's Golden Dragon Raider which I found was really good for a few different ages (10 and 6). Children were able to work through the instructions easily and while there were some slightly more intricate sections it was completed in a few sittings with minimal adult assistance. Children were very excited at how many mini figures came in the pack and couldn't wait to finish building to see all the moving parts and transform their Raider into different settings. The kids found the blasters to be a great addition and loved they could be removed and used on their own. Lots of imaginative play was had while building and playing either the Raider and it stayed together well through the play. The instructions were clear and the end product was exactly as pictured on the box and children were so happy with how it came together. The additional blaster pieces were good as one was lost so having the backup was a great addition to the pack.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Being my first time being amongst LEGO, and my kids very first time also, I must say it took some time but it was totally fun to watch it all come together
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The kids were super excited to build this one. There was a few little fiddly bits that I had to step in and help out with. Kept the kids occupied for a good few hours.
