LEGO The Bee Farm 21165 Building Set (238 Pieces)

I will admit, it did take my daughter a little time to build because it has small pieces, but very easy to assemble using the instructions. There are a lot of small pieces and definitely don't recommend for younger children. The bee keeper, villager and the bees are super cute. It has flowers too that are so cute. Having the floor, which is supposed to be grass, is a nice addition to it. The flower garden looks so pretty. It really has a lot of character and easy to assemble and fun to play with. Even I had fun helping build it. It really helps their imagination too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All my sons wanted for christmas was minecraft legos. Out of excitement of getting this, I gave it to them early. They went straight to assembling the legos and playing with it. They were so excited to be playing with bees they were obsessed with on the xbox minecraft game. Hours of entertainment right here.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I rarely buy lego anymore but I love Minecraft so I thought I would give this set a shot since the bees are one of my favorite mobs in the game. It's fun to build and has a really nice landscape as it's really colorful. The figures you get are really nice as well. No complaints here! Pros: -Nice design -Nice amount of figures/items -For the price, its really a bargain Cons: Bee doesn't really fit properly in the tree, but then again thats just nit-picking

My grandson wanted this Lego set for his birthday. It's perfect t for him as he has become very skilled at building things with Legos. This is a quality set and was less expensive than the same item at Target and Amazon. Delivery was remarkably fast.

I love minecraft. It is one of my favorite childhood memories, and I still play it to this day. When I saw this set, I was ecstatic. I freaking love bees, especially the minecraft ones. So cute, so small, so blocky and pure. I started building and it was coming along great. Until I got to the bees. What in tarnation have you/they done to the bees. These monstrosities are so oblong, distorted. I immediately stopped what I was doing and internally cried. They totally took these cute, blocky creatures and STRETCHED them. They look like worms, bro. All the other things, the scenery, the villager, etc. Were perfect. Just the bees are WHACK. I wanted small blocky bees, not flying snakes. Angry flying snakes. If they were Blox like in minecraft, I would give it 5 stars. But everytime I look at them, a discomfort settles in my soul. I want Blox bees. I NEED Blox bees. This is justice that needs to be served.

The lego set was shipped in an envelope. It is a gift for my grandson. The Lego box is totallly warn on eyes full of dust and flattened due to poor packing. I hate I paid over $60 for a gift that looks used.
