Problem in shipping was quickly rectified
Somehow fedex did not pick up my package from the facility so it never arrived. I've been using In The Swim for years and never had this problem so I called it was rectified immediately and I had it the next day. Wonderful company highly recommend.

The product arrived in terrible shape. It had been put in shipping bag upside down, the lid had been broken somewhere along the line and the granules we're loose in the button of the bag. The driver had to handle it even with granules leaking from the bag. The lid was cheap and did not secure the contents inside.
