These are great little laptops! I have purchased about a dozen of them for my office now. Each one works like a champ. You can keep them just as they are with no upgrades. Or you can install a bigger M.2 SSD and a larger stick of RAM and these machines hit well above their price point. Easy to upgrade and such a solid machine I sent all 3 of my daughters off to college with these.

So far, so good. I have only had this laptop for about a week and so far so good. It was a replacement for my old Dell and with the demand for laptops right now, I couldn't be picky nor spend a a lot. It seems to be as advertised for performance. Starts up quick, very quite and very light weight. Plus it doesn't weight a ton nor is it bulky. Only thing I wish could be easier is the way the size of the website are harder to expand and easier to move around. It might be a user error due to I am not a computer wiz and know it is probably just a different Windows adjustment I need to get used to. I did buy the extra warranty just in case something happens. It has helped in the past and for me personally think it is worth it.

This was my fist time buying a LENOVO and so happy I Got this one. I got the red cause I like color but the beauty is what's inside this 15" laptop. It has Intel, MS 10. It's super fast , lots of storage and you have the option of adding more with a memory card slot if you need it. Love the feel of the keys and it comes with a number pad as well, It's all I wanted and then some. Plus the price! I highly recommend this laptop!!

I bought this laptop as a replacement for an older version of this exact model I had for at least 3 years. This one is quite an upgrade for internal storage and the processor. I use my laptops for nursing school so storage and accountability is a must.

I own a few inexpensive Windows laptops to test websites that I design on a Mac. This one was recommended by CNET as a great deal. The processor and keyboard are good for this price range but the screen is so bad. It's not a touchscreen and finding a good viewing angle is a chore. I bought a cheaper Lenovo laptop last Black Friday with a better fit

I've had this laptop for less than a month and the mic won't unmute. I bought it for my grandson for school. They are remote learning. He can see and hear but he can't participate in class. The battery life is about 3hrs tops and that's on a good day. Usually he has to plug it back in during 3rd period roughly 2 1/2 hours.

The second day after my laptop arrived, it froze on a black/gray screen. I spoke with a Lenovo tech (very difficult language barrier) who walked me through a process to fix this. I dont expect to have problems with a brand new computer, so this was disheartening. The language problem was so great that Im not sure what caused the issue. I chose Lenovo for reliability. After this problem, I searched the issue and found out its common, the tech person indicated this, too. So, I don't know if I have a lemon or not and Im not sure if I should return it or where to get more information that I can understand.

The battery for this laptop sucks. Period. Whenever I charge it it only goes to 50% and it gets discharged in the blink of an eye. For the money it is trash. If you gonna get this, you are better off getting a desktop, cuz this is not portable with that battery life it has.

Terrible Webcam quality. Its blurry and feel like a 15 years go camera. My 4 grader got Dell chrome book rom school and his camera much much better quality. Battery drain fast, will last up to 3 hrs (not 7.5hrs as they claimed) No type c charger. And I do not like their giant weird charger, hard to plug to the wall. Feel like its overpriced paid for $460 and regret it

This laptop only comes with 4 gb of storage, not 8 gb as advertised! It is upgradeable to 8 gb, but only comes with 4 gb out of the box! Falsely advertised! Not happy! Would've never purchased had I known in advance. Waste of my time. Battery life is terrible! Also, the screen resolution is horrible! It is a dim, grainy screen even at maximum brightness! Obviously, only a 720p screen, not 1080p (hd) as advertised. So not only are you getting half the storage it is advertised to have, but the screen resolution is also falsely advertised. Lenovo support is the absolute worst. It is impossible to talk to anyone. Kept being redirected from phone support to web support, because no one wanted to help me. Tooks hours but finally got support via chat, who verified that this laptop is indeed only 4 gb. Bad experience all the way around. My first and last experience with Lenovo. See enclosed pics of actual specs. Returning this laptop tomorrow.
