It was easy to use. It was up-to-date. Windows 11 was a great thing to have on there. The one thing I did not like about it. It was not a touchscreen being so used to my computers. Having a touchscreen. This was one irritating part about it because I found myself constantly going to touch the screen And taking a few minutes to realize it's not a touchscreen. You gotta do everything through the keyboard but other than that it's a wonderful computer and I would recommend it to anyone.

Very compact and easy to carry around. I own another Lenovo laptop, but it is a bit more in weight. I love how lightweight this one is. Storage is kinda small, but since I use a portable hard drive, it works well.

Love this computer! Can't go wrong with a Lenovo!

why was it what I was looking for

This replaced a 7 year old Lenovo. The setup was timely but worth it. A good product

I've had my Lenovo 2 months. It is super fast. However, yesterday it had a blank screen. I did everything customer service said to do but to no avail. I have to send it back and you don't get a new product, but one that is refurbished. They said it was either the motherboard or something else. I don't like having to take pictures of the computer to ensure it was in perfect condition when I returned it, etc. They do provide a shipping label but the turnaround time is 5-7 business days. You also have to provide a password if one is needed to access the computer. Wanted a new computer.

Technical difficulties from the beginning

Lenovo Vantage warranty was showing expired August 2023. I bought this in November 2023 …. Makes no sense
