Leslie Sansone: Walk Off Fat Fast (DVD)

Helps a body get back into "moving" again. Had this a number of years ago on VHS - Leslie has still got it!

Loving it! This is my first dvd from Leslie. You get a good workout and the time goes fast. If you are like me and haven't worked out for a while, you will sweat! (with all 3 workouts you will sweat!). She is terrific and a lot of fun and her workout partners are terrific too! She and her partners are a lot more fun to workout with than being on the treadmill. Enjoy all who have not been working out for a while!

This is 3 separate workouts -- 20, 30 or 40 minutes so you can pick which one you want to do and all 3 are very similar. I love that they each have their own warm up and cool down, not one running work out and you have to stop and fast forward to the cool down. All 3 workouts are great, just basic walking, kicking, etc... no weights or bands - this is my new favorite!

I have several of Leslie's DVD'S & have seen results with them. This was a newer exercise one & I decided to try it. Have only been using about 3 weeks, 2 to 3 days a week. I can definitely feel it, after exercising, so I think it's going to be a good low impact workout. Would recommend.

This is the first exercise video I have ever bought. Never thought I would look forward to exercising. Most mornings I wake up before my alarm goes off and I am excited that it is time to exercise. I like the fact that it is easy to follow and is simple. I love it and I especially love the way I feel afterwards and the extra energy I have during the day. Thanks Leslie!!

Wanted more variety and love this new workout dvd. It gives me the option of a 20, 30 or 40 minute walk which is aerobic enough to get my heart rate up but as Leslie always does, it gives the time for a slow cool down. Very effective with new moves that focus on the core and legs and hips. Fun music and fun workouts.

If you are looking for a workout that will burn fat and a little bit of sweat I recommend this video. The time goes by so fast you would not believe it. There are three workouts. 20mins, 30mins, and 40 mins. All of which I enjoy.

This is the 3rd Leslie DVD I Tried. I really liked this one. I like that you can do different "amounts of time" based on how much time you got to give. And EACH one really works you out. Gives you great "Steps" (if that is something you count). Got my Heart Rate up, and Keeps you moving the whole time. You are working out, but yet it doesn't really seem like a workout. The time really flies, and the calories get BURNED!

I enjoy any of Leslie's DVD's she makes. It is so nice that you can use the Music Only portion on this one too, for those of us, who have walked with her for years. Recommend.

This DVD froze several times (finally I just stopped it). I'm not sure if it was previously owned and repackaged, but I'm very disappointed in the quality.
