Love the picture and sound on this TV. Super easy to set up. My only complaint was it wasn't delivered when it was supposed to be delivered. I took off a whole day and part of the next. That wasn't Walmart's fault but FedEX.
I love the TV, the colors and depth of the picture isn't comparable to LCD TV's. Blacks are truly Black on OLED screens. I ordered a LG C3 but a C4 came instead……. I'm OK w that.
Everything we hoped for and more! We did our research and were quite sure this TV would meet our expectations for a great picture but we were so pleased to find the audio exceptional without having to add a sound bar or speaker. The LG channel lineup gives us tons of additional free viewing.
Best picture in its class! The sound is good, but not exceptional, but I have a sound bar for the bedroom anyway. The operating system and remote are easy to use. The only drawback is that it doesn't have an App for my cable TV provider (Spectrum).
The picture is vivid and the sound system is excellent. The remote takes a lot of getting used to. Not as simple as our Roku smart TV.. We are still lost half the time.
Firstly, TV is great (now Ive finally fixed a 10 month issue) Had an issue with my receiver when plugged into HDMI 2 (earc). Discussed with techs for receiver. As lost signal on start up. They advised that this port doesn't fully accept 4k/120hz and falls back to 60hz which is causing delays on start up and loss of picture. Having changed nothing in reciever and plugged into HDMI 1 on TV ... Issues gone and now ... now the picture quality is amazing!! I thought all this time I was watching 4k content but compared to HDMI 2 it was like an unscaled 1080p content. I've raised a support request about this issue
the do called magic remote is evil. just got the TV and having a difficult time to navigate program and set up tried to call LG for assistance and the phone number and line disconnected. tried at the LG site. went to the chat choice. the site says you can speak to a real person. so I start to use it and before any human was on line. then the chatbot asked if the chat was helpful. on customer service alone I would not recommend the LG. although I have stood by LG for years I guess is the end of the line for me. .
Had to sign for it. Came home from out of town to be there. Delivery postponed. Gave me 10% off on tv for my trouble. Never received it. Ordered fridge also. They canceled the order cuz it was out of stock and never bothered to tell me. No more big ticket items from Walmart!
Did you know that if this TV arrives defective as mine did (the screen briefly blinked when the power was turned on but then just went black no matter what we did) that Walmart will not honor the original price you paid when replacing the defective TV with a functional one? I did not know that and was disappointed to discover this policy. In the future, I will order from other retailers with fairer return/replacement policies. Expensive lesson learned.
walmart delivered this tv even though we exchanged it for a smaller size, and now they won't take it back.
