LG 86" Class 4K UHD 2160P webOS Smart TV - 86UQ7070ZUD

I read most of the reviews so instead of having it delivered and having the possibility that it might arrive broken, I decided to pick it up from the store. We’re really happy with it. I think this was a great buy and affordable and cheaper than Samsung by a few hundred dollars. My husband wanted the Samsung brand but it was an inch smaller and $400 more we got this tv for $1110 after taxes.

Great tv… just glad it wasn’t damage with shipping… that is what I was most afraid of it being damage during shipping… but surprisingly it arrived perfectly!! I am a very happy customer and will never doubt them again with a large purchase such as this!!!

Lon, Bless him! He was the only person who didn't say that our TV was stolen or lost. Walmart you have one heck of an online manager. I suggest you give him a raise!!!! He reached out to me! Not me calling and begging someone to do their job. He's a great asset to your company!

the tv is great! nice picture and sound quality. the streaming was flawless with good Internet . i read reviews prior to purchase about screens being cracked, so i did curbside and made sure i was careful during all steps. unfortunately when i unboxed it, the screen was cracked. this is a large tv, so its not easy returning without help. easy to box back up though. i ordered another for pickup and returned the damaged one. new one was great, no damage. only reason for 4 stars is the hassle of it all. tv so far is 5 star and walmart is 5 star. packaging could/needs to be assessed to eliminate this cracked screen issue. $599 for and 86in tv though is worth the hassle i guess.

TV weights 100lb, it takes 2 people to handle it. I watched a single delivery driver unload the television from the delivery truck. Holding onto the truck with one hand lowering with the other. The television landed on it's corner, which I believe cracked the screen(I could be wrong). However the television was returned for replacement, which I'm still waiting for. I asked to pay for installation so I won't need to go through the return process if it arrived broken again. Walmart online customer service is a joke!!!!!!! As of today I have no updates on the replacement

TV arrived in box with screen broken! We are waiting for refund to our credit card. I have spoken to 5 different Walmart people and still no refund. Received Oct. 18th. Too heavy to be returned according to last person I spoke to. We want a refund. Please advise.

Purchased the tv for store pick-up on oct-14th. Received an email a hour later with the basic info about purchasing for pick up and the store pick-up up hours. With that I assumed it might be ready for pick up anytime in between those hours, so I called the store to ask if it was ready for pick up. I was told that my order was being “picked” and i was assured it would be ready for pick up by 4:36pm oct 14th. I arrived a few minutes early and at 4:30 I received an email saying the tv is unavailable. I called the store to figure how it's no longer available, got no where and had no other option but to ship to home or get a refund in 7 to ten business days. I was not able to pick up at another store because the purchase was through THAT store. Fast forward to today oct 23rd. I get an email that the tv is out for delivery. I get home and open the tv up for find the screen broken. I call to exchange it, the first problem I have is that I “ can not return or exchange the tv because their system shows the tv has not been delivered.” Second problem is that I can “return” the tv to the store only after their system shows it been delivered and I won't be refunded for who knows how many business days and I have to purchase the other tv in store.

Arrived with no damage on outside of carton, yet inside the box, screen looked like someone at factory took a large mallet to the top edge of the screen. Walmart required item brought into store for return, had to rent a uHaul, and buy 12 foot straps to get back to store. They offered to have shipper pick-up for return, but said refund could take 10 weeks that way. Refund came fast, took uHaul next day to Best Buy Store to purchase similar LG 86", with no issues.

I purchased 2 of them. One never came and the other arrived completely shattered. Call customer service to get my money back and they only refunded me for the broken one. Never refunded me for the one I never received. Horrible service, will NEVER buy electronics online again

The TV was delivered to me on 1/9/2025, and we had it installed on 1/11/2025. We powered the TV on and notice one side of the TV was dark. Callked LG and they remoted into the TV and determined that the panel needed to be replaced and recommended that the TV be sent back to Walmart. They came on 1/15/2025 and picked up the TV. I then called Walmart customer service and it has been in a black hole of no response ever since. Imon hold with them now waiting on a manager. This has been a terrible experience working with Walmart. I would never purchase a major item from them again. Will stick to groceries and clothes.
