very quiet running an cools my 248sqf room quickly

Fairly easy to install. Runs whisper quiet.
Outstanding quality and great price point.
This AC unit also has a vent option to draw in a little outside air if you want, in AC or fan mode. Doesn't have an iPhone app (darn) but the remote works great (yay!) and it's real easy on the electric bill too.
Purchased in July and used it into August. That is pretty much what we call summer in central Pennsylvania. Cooled the first floor of our two story home with no effort. No problems at this time. Fairly easy to install.
Complex installation, must disassemble unit and reassemble in window. Poor workmanship, frame not square made installation a bit more frustrating. Works well, but not worth the trouble to install compared to other models where you just put the unit in the window.
The unit makes a rattling noise. The Measurement stated in the site is wrong.
This unit is 4 months old and was not installed and used until the third month of ownership. Although this is a quiet unit that does a very good job in its location there has been one disappointing factor. The unit will not turn off by pushing the power button or the remote. In order to turn it off I have had to pull the plug out of the electrical socket. This is very annoying since the socket is behind a piece of furniture.
When I opened the box all the front was Damage.
