Libbey Baker's Basics Deep Pie Dish

This is beautiful, sturdy and well made. This is a deep dish pie plate, suitable for an entree pie, which is my intention. The scalloped edge lends itself nicely to crimping the edges of the crust. This will also contain a hearty fruit pie. Or two pounds of ground meat for my Tourtiere!

I just received the pie plates today and they look like they will be great for pies. They are very solid and well made. I was however, hoping they would be deeper. they are 2" fron too to bottom.

Awesome pie plates for a really excellent value.Price boy, they sure get hot when you take them out of the oven or the microwave.Make sure you wear your hot pads, but these are five star pie plates use them all the time

Truth is, a pie pan is a pie pan. The distinguishing characteristic is its price. It worth the price!

They worked just fine %26 have a nice heavy weight to them. I purchased two and made quiche. I pre-baked the pie shell first %26 then added mixture baked, and like I said, the crust was great, golden, brown, and flaky.

It’s not the first time I’ve use this product buying from Walmart so it’s always been a good to use !!!

These Libby deep dish pie plates are much better priced than Pyrex and are just as great!

There is nothing better for baking pies than glass.

this is advertised as a deep dish which is why I ordered it, cuz I need to make a chicken pot pie, it is not a deep dish pie plate , it is a standard pie plate , so I will be returning!
