Easy to use, it’s great!!!
I LOVE this mop. My friend has been a professional residential cleaning business owner for 30 years and hates it. She is nuts b/c it’s awesome. No mess, no fuss, cleans great, no water everywhere, easy to store, easy to empty/refill. However, I will say it is prob best for normal weekly cleaning, not cleaning floors that are filthy. I am very happy with it!

the only thing I would like is a scrubbing pad for my linoleum the pad it comes with is perfect for laminate floors. also super great foor cleaning walls!

Very Happy with new mop system
Mop works great and it wrings out the perfect amount of water so my floors dry without water streaking marks. The bucket with the wringer is much smaller than the old spin mop I was using, this one easily fits under my sink for storage.

I like it but I’m still not sure
At first I thought I was actually getting a mopping system that actually worked like the spin mop…wrong. You still end up rinsing it out in dirty water the only difference is the bucket wrings it out. So I guess that will help some. I did like it and the thought of not having to go back and forth to the sink to rinse the pad off was a plus. But I definitely can see this running into a lot of extra money I don’t have trying to replace the mop heads after they stop sticking

Very easy to use. Cleans the floors very well. Dries quickly. Just wish the handle was a little longer.

Not Durable
The mop pads fall apart in the washing machine. The rollers jam on the wet side constantly %26 tear the tabs off the mop pads. This has made mopping more of a headache than is was previously.

False Advertisement
it is supposed to keep clean and dirty water separate but when you put it in the dirty water side it sprays and pours into the clean water

Cheap crap
Used it ONCE. The next time I went to get it from the laundry room it was broke. The small locking mechanism to hold the mop together was broke. Therefore, the mop cannot be used. Back to Swiffer!! Unbelievable.
