Excellent supplement I was unaware of until my PCP recommended it. My feet, right particularly my toes were becoming numb and after a week or two it has subsided dramatically!

I was recommended to take this along with B12 for Nerves It really seems to help a lot. I am also taking another total supplement that includes those two supplements above. It is called Nerve Renew. I can't say how much these supplements have helped me totally control the tingling and cramps in my hands and feet. I don't have anymore complications such as blood sugar. If I stop taking these supplements for even two days the tingling comes back. That's how helpful they are and that's how obvious the connection is. I hope Life Extension comes up with a complete set of supplements to totally address the tingling and cramps. If they do, I will instantly switch over as I trust them.

I feel good taking this product from Life Extension. I have never been disappointed with supplements from LE. I don't doubt the efficacy of the supplements and I don't fear that there are any shortcomings in their processing facilities. I am also much impressed with the documentation they provide of the extensive research done on the products they offer.

This is an awesome biotin supplement!! My hair was coming out by the handfuls after every washing , I began taking this 6 months ago . I take two every evening and now I barely lose any at all with each washing!! It is worth its weight in gold! I cannot say enough good about it!!💜💜💜

I have been taking this formula from this brand from since buying it from a local health food store in the area, and have continued to keep it part of my regimen. I am so grateful for this company for its effective and quality products. I wish I can try more products, but I will stick with the basics that I can afford.

I've been using ALA for almost two years now. I notice when I miss a couple days. I won't take nerve prescriptions and don't need to when I use this. I will say... you're at risk of losing lots of hair if you take it without the biotin so beware of other brands.

I can't really rate it as I've only taken it for 3 weeks. No negative side effects but also don't see or feel benefit.
