As of today, March 14th, I've been taking this supplement every day for 3 weeks. I take one 15 mg capsule in the morning. I feel good and think that my DHEA level is going up. It was low before I started taking the supplement.

Anything that helps my immune system, I'm all in. The fact it also can affect my mood and help balance hormones is even better! Have taken it for years and at 78 still can get it on! Yayyyy🥰

I like that this dhea is only 15mg, as I am a female and don't need as much dhea as the average person. My MD hormone doctor prescribed 15-30mg per day. I used to buy 50mg and cut them in half, but I prefer these capsules for easy absorption. Working great for me and keeps me lubricated as naturally as when I was in my 20's and 30's.

Been using this product for years. Life Extension seems to be the only company that has a 15 mg. DHEA and I like that dosage. I'm a woman and I find the higher dosages can cause hair loss so the 15 mg. is just right. My blood work confirms optimum DHEA levels. I'm in the 60+ age range and this product works great for me.

I started using this product because I know that it's important to balance your hormones, and I thought it would help. But then when I got a blood test, my testosterone levels were very high. I already take bio-identical creams, and one of them is testosterone. So I was told by my BHRT pharmacist, to take DHEA every other day instead of every day. I will be taking another test soon to check my levels.
