I love this Magnesium it's a blend. I take it before bedtime and it helps with sleep, muscles, and keeps things moving in the morning.
A doctor with MD %26 ND degrees said it would help with memory %26 cognition, so I've been taking one capsule daily for the last several yrs. I didn't have a neuro exam before, so don't have any way to compare, but I'm maintaining my memory %26 cognition at age 82. I will keep on ordering this supplement along with the other vitamin, mineral, %26 glucosamine supplements I've been taking for over 30 yrs. It's hard to assess cause %26 effect, of course, without a reliable, valid trial, but I just want to maintain good health as much as possible.

I can't believe 5mg is the most sold capsule size. 1mg is plenty for relaxation and sleep.
I couldn't believe the difference I felt even THE FIRST time I took it! I feel more energetic, happier, & more clarity!

This is a product that you start taking and maybe don't think it's doing much. Then you stop taking it and you realize how much better you feel taking it. I wonder how many people are on antidepressants but just needed a Lithium boost?
Mixed return on this one as some side effects may occur on people having some pathologies. Not to be used daily and preferable before exercise to favor elimination. Otherwise, may deliver a boost of energy.
