I've been using this brand of Melatonin for several years and I've not been disappointed. There are differences in the quality of Melatonin products and I feel like this one is well worth the money for the ease of use (small capsule) and results. I take it every night around 10 pm.
I like that there are no garbage ingredients like there are in other supplements. The price is right and it was delivered quickly.
I thought this would be Miss melatonin helps me go to sleep faster than my prescription sleeping pills

Repeat customer here. About a year ago I found out that you were supposed to take melatonin hours before you go to sleep so I started taking a low dose of melatonin three hours before bed and it has been life-changing. I have had sleep problems my entire life and have tried everything. Life Extension has the best pricing with good quality. Shipping is also great!

This did what it was supposed to as a sleep aid but made my husband feel a bit groggy, so I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5.
