I have been taking Melatonin IR/XR, Immediate and Extended Release capsules for about a month. My sleep patterns have improved. My energy level has increased, I believe because I am getting better sleep. I get to sleep more easily, sleep better and I am able to get back to sleep quickly when I do awaken through the night.

I have to admit I didn't think it would work, I took it and told it, and within 30 to 60 minutes I was sleepy, went to bed and slept like s baby. I highly recommended, just follow the directions, and don't take it on long distance drive or machine operations.
I got these for hubby to help him relax at night and sleep longer. He has sleep issues. I think they do work, he seems to be sleeping longer and not getting up as often, but he just started taking them. So in a week or so, it does seem to help so far.

I switched from liquid melatonin that I have used for years as I only got 3 hours sleep then lay awake for up to 2 hours. So pleased I get 7 hours. If I do wake up am able to go right back to sleep. Have notice amore nightmares but the sleep is worth them!
I just noticed inconsistent sizes on the pills. Some are larger than others. I will not take them anymore.
