Life Extension Oral Health - 30 Lozenges

I have been using this product for a month. I haven't had any bleeding gums or issues so I believe its benefiting my mouth. I will definitely know when I go to the dentist next week.

If taken at night you wake up and your mouth feels like you just brushed your teeth. I do recommend that you brush your teeth before going to bed and then let the lozenge dissolve in your mouth as you go to sleep. If you go to sleep fast then crush the lozenge between your teeth so that you don't have a big lump that you might swallow in the middle of the night.

Just started my 2d round of 4 bottles. I take one/night after brushing my teeth & I have really noticed a difference in my gums-not as sensitive & not prone to some bleeding. My mouth feels wonderfully clean, especially my gums. I love this product. It comes recommended from my dentist as well. My dental check ups have been terrific. The hygienist always says I have the cleanest mouth of the day. That is partly due to this product adding the good bacteria to keep it so. Sounds weird bacteria in our mouths mouths, but that's in part how we survive.
