I am 76 and very health concious. I take no type of medication prescribed or otherwise. Research of this item has me very excited about possible results. As an avid gardener I suffer greatly from a day outside. It is to early to evaluate, but I will update later.

I started taking Pro-Resolving Mediators for my joints in my knees and hands. I have tried many OTC and Rx treatments with varying degrees of limited success. .
