I have used this before, and it worked great I purchased it locally. When I went to buy more they had a different magnesium flakes, so I got that since they no longer carried this one. Big mistake there was something in it that I was allergic to. So I searched on the net for life flo brand and it is just as I expected, it is pure, nothing more added. Firstly it shipped in s timely manner. The product itself is good quality and ad described. I made an oil spray that is trending now. like others i wondered why it was called an oil tho you only added water. The reason is perfectly clear upon first use. The liquid does have an oily texture when the flakes are dissolved in water

This is so good for soaking in the bathtub. I have also put flakes in my bottle of body lotion. Great for aches and pains. Can also be used with equal parts water in a spray bottle.

I bought this to make magnesium oil (50/50 ratio with hot water) and it dissolved well and sprays without clogging 👍

The bag is small and goes fast. I like it but do think it's overpriced for that it is. I think I'd buy a soap or a bathbomb with it instead.

Actually live the product! HOWEVER…I don't see well. Just tried to reorder by picture. It is a very small bag compared to my previous purchases for same cost! Another product-victim of inflation! Dissaapointed, understand though. .
