I couldn’t believe it my shoes felt larger the next day. In other words, I didn’t know I was carrying water in my feet, but it reduced swelling that I didn’t know. I had very good and I also didn’t have any muscle cramping at night.

love this product! i used to get lang cramps in early morning. I would take a magnesium supplement before I went to bed but sometimes i still got them. Now in addition to the supplement I rub this oil on the back of my legs. No more leg cramps! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Have tried other magnesium sprays that were not 100% pure, and I was disappointed! This is my second bottle of Life-Flo, and I couldn't be more pleased! Everybody's low on magnesium and should use a 100% pure supplement for various ailments. Life-Flo sprays on nicely and rubs right in for my osteoarthritis pain. Although it says "oil" it's not oily at all and will not stain your clothes or the bed sheets. I use it twice a day with great results on my legs and hips. Better results than pain pills and greasy creams.

I took it with to my Physio therapist and I felt so much better when he used this compared with other oils. Love it

Like most items, the price has increased a lot. The bottle is noticeably smaller than the previous bottle, although both are labeled as containing the same amount. We recently considered other brands, and in comparison, we chose this brand based on sourcing and quality. Keeping a bottle has become a necessity for our family and friends. We rub it on for aches and pains, muscle aches, cramps, body and under arm deodorant, and even when we haven't been as regular as we would like to be.

at first it feels like it's working you fill out peace but the more that you use it the more it makes your skin feel like it's on fire it makes it feel like you've taken hot sauce or hot chilies or jalapenos and rubbed it all over your skin it feels like ants are crawling all over your skin and like your skin is on fire you might be able to get away using this once or twice but the more than I use this I started using this daily for my knee injuries that I have and for my back and neck the more than I use this the more the nine out of nowhere I would feel like there were ants crawling and biting me all over like fire ants or something it says that it's going to help with your joint pain but it makes your entire flesh feel like you're being bitten or attacked by something it literally feels like your skin is on fire

I first put it on my sons because theyve been complaining of leg cramps. They both freaked out and scurried to wipe it off saying it was itchy. I thought their skin was just dry. Few nights later I put it on all of us and I felt it. The extreme immediate itching and burning... it was so bad like we had rubbed fiberglass all over us. We were all fighting for the shower to get it offa us. Shouldve just went with the lotion like ive always done.

I bought this for use on the soles of my feet after reading that it promotes relaxation and better sleep. I used to have soft feet. Don’t EVER buy this spray it will tear up your skin. If I could sue the manufacturer I would. Walmart should stop selling it.

Product has been wonderful I have used for years, however I ordered on 6/23 suppose to be receiving refund so I go back to try order from a different vendor and the same one shows up and it does not say out of stock it will let me order again.
