The Lifeable Kids Complex Gummies was something that I really wanted my daughter to try. I liked that it included Vitamin B and C. It's a larger bottle count of ninety so it will last us a while. She tried the gummy and she said it was a soft gummy but didn't quiet taste like strawberry. She said she would still take them which is great for me! I always look at the sugars also and it only had 1g of sugar. The recommended dose for kids is to take 1 per day. She can take this in the morning with her breakfast. I'm very happy with this vitamin because she will get her nutrients even if its an off day and we don't eat what we need to. I received this in exchange for my honest review and I'm super happy that we did. We will definitely be using the Lifeable vitamin B and C gummies.

My kids really like these gummy vitamins! They say that they taste great and my youngest doesn't even know he's taking something that's good for him. I'm very happy that the kids are getting the vitamins they need to help them stay healthy.

I searched around for a product that had the right amount of the specific vitamins I was looking for and this one fit the bill. My picky neurodivergent kid likes the flavor so that's also good.

I would say 9/10 kids would probably like the flavor. I tasted them and think they're great, but I also know that most vitamins don't taste that great but they serve a purpose. Whereas my kids don't care about the purpose only the taste (if that makes sense).
