I am extremely satisfied with my purchased. This done what needed to be done…which was full a small space in a small apartment. It’s very firm And assembly was a breeze. If i had to order again i would. I recommend this to anyone shopping on a budget and looking to fill a small space.

I purchased this item for sale for about $280. At first I was a little skeptical. But after assembling the item and using it for a few days. I absolutely love this couch. It took about 20 mins for assembly. Its very soft , plum and bouncy as I love. And the color grey is amazing. Shipping was normal, no delays or anything out of the usual.

I've had this couch for about 2 weeks now. I wanted to try it out and give an honest review. Its so beautiful and durable. I love that the cushion is very comfortable and yet durable. I dont think it will cave in any time soon. Soft suede like fabric used gives a soft feel. I bought 2 of these couches and they all arrived without any damages. It is actually a bigger couch than I initially thought. Do Not hesitate to buy this you will not regret it.

I love this couch. Its beautiful. I love the color. I was disappointed because it did come with a broken panel piece which I saw when reading reviews that this was a common problem with this couch. But, I took my chances and hoped for the best. Thankfully, only one side was broken when most reported both sides. I fixed it myself, because returning would be more of a hassle at this point, but still disappointed that this is a common problem and I hope the manufacturer will see that and upgrade the parts in this particular piece. With that being said, I cant give it a perfect rating, but its still a nice looking couch!

The sofa is good for the price and looks nice. However, it was not packed properly and arrived with damage's and dirt marks as well. We considered returning it, but thinking about the loss and effort involved in shipping it back for the retailer, we decided to keep it. Better packaging would really improve the overall experience.

We recently purchased this sofa around the holiday season. Within a month or so, we noticed a small dip in between the seats on the ride side of the sofa. That was odd seeing as we just purchased it. It got a little deeper. I opened the bottom to see the issue. There were two springs broken. Apparently, they were being held together with some tyoe of fabric. They were tied onto the springs and stapled to the wood. We were told we cannot get it repaired and you only give refunds. Needless to say we are very disappointed with this situation.

if i could return it i would... Have you ever seat of tge couch and it falls a part. Its a build a block couch. i wanted to return it as soon as i open the box. My partner wanted to keep it.... spend tge extra $100 for a "real" couch

I was a bit nervous purchasing a couch online without having seen it or being able to test it out in person. I should have trusted my gut. This couch looks nice in the pictures and upon arriving, was in perfect condition. Unfortunately, once the couch was put together, the cushions were quite hard. I figured it would just be something that needed to be broken into so I didn't mind that. The main issue is....just now, my partner and I sat on the couch and it proceeded to fall to the side suddenly. Upon closer inspection, the wooden part that holds the legs in together had somehow split apart. Now it can't stabilize itself and basically we are out 1 leg. We had to take all of them off to make the couch even so it's really low to the floor. My partner and I are small women so there is no way in hecc that this happened because we were too heavy or sat on it too hard. I have had the couch set up for 6 days....not even a week! I'm super disappointed with this purchase and can't wait to return it so I can get an L shaped couch like I originally wanted. I think it's worth it to spend a bit more money on better quality products. I should've known with Walmart. Love it for groceries and household products but NOT furniture

Poor quality and would not recommend anyone to buy this product , received this sofa today in a damaged condition, left hand of the sofa is damaged , tried calling customer service of lifestyle solutions multiple times with no response, now I have to spend another couple of usd approx 50 to return to the nearest Walmart store on transportation and labor because of this poor quality product, not worth spending your time , energy and money

Couch arrived with softball size hole in the box and in the back of the sofa. Only way to return and get new... return online and wait for carrier to pick up 3-5 days. Then wait 5-7 business days to refund. Then reorder and hope it is still available and wait another week for another delivery. NOT AT ALL HAPPY. I now have a chair and no sofa.
