10 day vacation, cooler stayed in back of hot car, only used 80 lbs of ice. Caution, open lid before draining. seals so tightly you will need tools to get it open if not. great product and great price compared to competing brands. It is heavy though. Would buy again!

We haven't used this cooler yet, but plan to on a camping trip this weekend. It seems sturdy and well built. We bought this over an Igloo cooler that had cracking issues. This one seems much more durable and more like the Yeti coolers, but it costs about half the price!

These are a bit heavy when fully loaded, but man, they got the job done. Just moved from Texas to South Carolina, and had a freezer full of deer meat I didn't want to give up. Packed two of these completely full with frozen solid meat, put them in the car, covered them with blankets, then unpacked about 36 hours later. All meat was still frozen completely solid. This cooler got it done!

Best cooler on the market. Better than a YETI. Bought this to add to my collection. Now have 3 of them. When we go camping, we use 1 to just keep extra ice in to restock our coolers of food and drinks or to stock our coolers for our kayaks. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THEM.

I have a 55 qrt lifetime cooler. Needed a bigger one. We used it the first time and put a 20 lb bag if ice Thursday morning at 5:15 am to Keep our food cold until or RV fridge is ready. Saturday morning we used the 20 lb bag of ice for adult beverages and other liquids, it was frozen solid! Excellent cooler, we stay off the grid with our travel trailer and these Lifetime coolers are a absolute necessity. I have the 115 grt cooler in my shopping cart, hopefully it’s under my Christmas tree. Excellent cooler at an excellent price.

Just like the title says, I can match similar size rotomolded coolers in ice retention. Pre chill the cooler 24 hours before and use block ICE and you will get the full 8-9 days. This includes opening the cooler many times a day for drinks or food. I brought this on a 5 day camping trip and my friends laughed because they didn’t think it would work well. I never had to buy ice and after the trip they all went and bought one. We all did another 5 day trip and they were singing this coolers praises. The new lid seal is great and it is heavy under full load, don’t try to lift it alone. Note this is not a rotomolded cooler, it is blow molded but uses the same material. This means it’s not built as strong but the lid can take 300lbs easily on it. The blow molded process allows Lifetime to sell this cheap because they can make over 200,000 coolers per mold, rotomolded goes through about 50,000 per mold so it is more expensive. You can research the difference further if you want to educate yourself. The latches are great and easy to do one handed. The seal the cooler makes is powerful and it gets down to about 30 degrees. If you’re not getting 5 days of ice retention easily on this then you have a bad seal or you are not doing the following: 1) Pre Chill the cooler 2) use block ice if possible 3) pre chill what you want to put in it 4) make sure you are latching it up after you go in it For $154 for a 77 quart that had up to 9 days of retention, it’s a steal. These sell out as fast as they come in. I have two of these and my friends all have one each so we are set for many years. Good product, built it USA and the company doesn’t get into politics like YETI did a while back (see YETI and NRA if that stuff matters to you)

Bought 2 to take camping in the Black Rock Desert 11 day trip, self contained. Admittedly harsh conditions. Dry ice lasted 6 days, kept things frozen solid. Wrapped in blanket, kept out of sun/heat. If it can make it there, it can make it anywhere!

This cooler is great for keeping ice for long periods of time, even when it is 90 degrees outside. Great for camping. The only drawback is that it is heavy. Fully loaded, it takes two people to lift it, but it is worth it. We like it better than a Yeti, and it is significantly cheaper!

The cooler is heavy, but I guess that is to be expected with any of the newer coolers of this style. It is built very sturdy. I'm not sure if it will keep ice as long as advertised. I took it on a 3 day camping trip and it kept ice and all of our food cold for the whole trip. Overall, I'd say it's a good cooler for the money when compared to brands like Yeti.
