I ordered this board last summer and we all enjoyed it so much I have ordered another one. The price is great. The board is a little heavy to carry, but it does great in the water. We go out with one adult and one child on it and is works great.
We are very pleased with our paddleboards. It moves well through the water. Stability is great. You can stand, sit or kneel easily. The retractable fin makes it easy to store. And of course love the color.
Love it, perfect for the lake we live on ,its a little heavy for me ,but with the build in hand grips that helps a lot, itsit was my 50 birthday present. very staple. Way better then a inflatable one ,this one wont pop in the middle of the lake., and the bungee holds my dry bag of stuff, I dont have a pic yet, to cold. Coming soon.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these paddle boards in 2016. They have been used well and often and have stood up to the demands of a cottage paddleboard. When we need new ones we will look to buy from this company as they have had wonderful customer service.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had one of our paddles break. I contacted the company, and sent them some information and a picture. A few days later I got notice that they were sending me a replacement. WOW what great customer service. Now that I know this company stands behind their products, I will certainly be buying more of their products :)
I have had this SUP for years and they replaced the fin and the plug for free no questions asked. It is the only SUP I have ever seen with a fin that fully retracts when it contacts the bottom going forward.
great for beginners. I live on 90 acre lake and it works great on that ;body of water. might want something a little more heavy duty for ocean but am very pleased with it for my use. definitely good for the price. delivered right to front door
Love the size of the board. Unfortunately we have not had the chance to try it out due to weather. But I am glad that I got 2 of them. I have other paddle boards but smaller and not as wide, I am not able to get on them.
I bought this for our family Lakehouse. It is a very heavy board (45lbs). It seems quite sturdy, the only thing I noticed was also mentioned by other reviews on this site. The friction padding on the board looks as if it may peel away easily. It was not glued down very well. There are also spots In the middle, near the handle of the board under the padding that sink in. Not sure why the board has indentations in these spots. The board has primarily been used by my nieces and nephews and children. It can easily hold two younger children comfortably. The paddle is very nice, and easy to adjust to height. I have a feeling this board will last a long time. Basically, it fits perfectly for a permanent board that is to be kept on the lake. A bit of a bear to transport, but I was able to get it there using two dakine pads and two cam straps, without having to Purchase crossbars (my suv had side rails on top). For the price ( for me - $450) not a bad deal. Not sure Id pay more for it. Probably would wait to purchase during the off season.
I bought a paddle board from Walmart, the teal blue one, its very large. But Im disappointed in it. We took it out on the river this weekend for the first time. We picked it up on the 2nd of July.. on the 1st float it caves in and slightly buckles in the middle where you stand. There 4 rounds that stabilize the front and back right behind and in front of where you stand. Due to these weird supports and the fact that the center is hollow it buckles. And the center sinks down under water which makes it difficult to paddle. Mind you Im well under the 230lb limit required on the board. The only person that doesnt experience the buckling of the middle is my 80lb daughter. Had I know this is have purchased and inflatable paddle-board this way I could have more control over its stability on the river. Love my lifetime Kayak but I dont recommend their paddle board its a waste of $500
