We purchased this basketball hoop for our Day Program to help individuals develop and maintain basketball skills and to encourage physical activity, teamwork, and recreation. It has been an absolute lifesaver for our program. Our participants use it regularly, and while they can sometimes be a little rough on equipment, this hoop has held up exceptionally well. The backboard and rim have proven to be durable and reliable despite frequent use and enthusiastic play. INSTRUCTIONS WERE VERY LIMITED. HAD PARTS INCLUCED IN PACKAGE THAT DO NOT SHOW UP ANYWHERE IN THE INSTRUCTION BOOKLET. WAS ABLE MOUNT IT AND AM VERRY SATISFIED.

Our previous backboard was cracking due to weather conditions and continued use over the years. We ordered this one to replace it. Within thirty minutes, we'd replaced the backboard and it looks like a new set. Our kids love it. We looked at various stores and they all priced the same backboard at a higher price. Walmart definitely has the lower price!

Product was easy to install, the price was very affordable and quality was outstanding. I am very pleased with the overall product. I would definitely purchase this product again, and highly recommend this product to others.

I like this backboard, the only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 in the overall is because people should be aware that the (hollow) plastic construction, though making it light and relatively easy to install, means the hoop needs a lot of reinforcement. You can't just depend on the hoop hanging from the backboard without being bolted into some solid wood, it droops. Other than that, once I got it all fastened real well to the wood framing (I did it on the end of my carport beams), it's just dandy. Nice and weatherproof too.

It was an affordable option. I would recommend mounting to a wall because it is very flexible.It is molded plasic and is hollow. I hope it holds up over time. If you can afford better and want long term use I recommend getting a better one. But again ,for the money I am satisfied with this purchase.

This is a good backboard - but as other said - IT DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY MOUNTING HARDWARE. Be sure to understand what you are getting. All that is included in box are the blown thermoplastic backboard, the hoop/net and a couple of bolts. No wall mount, no pole mount included! Also note the dimensions are a little more diminutive than it implies because the edges are thinned/flared. Luckily for me, I was able to install this over an existing steel frame backboard with not too much modification, and it worked out for me with some drilling. Once you get there, its pretty stable.

Decent beginner rim. Need some tools and know how to mount it. And the sold separately mount.
