Lifetime Kokanee Tandem 10.5 ft Sit-On-Top Kayak, Lime Green (90436)

These kayaks are great for family adventures. They are heavy (require 2 adults to lift!) but so stable in the water. I was able to take two kids (5 and 8) out on the bay and they were jumping off and climbing back in without issue. Warning your butt will get wet due to the scupper holes, but the self draining is a huge plus! These boats are well worth the price. In the first two weeks we've had them we've been on 4 daylong trips with one adult and one or two kids plus a cooler and fishing gear or beach chairs in the boat. Bay, rivers, and lakes. All handled perfectly. Perfect starter kayaks for families. Well worth the money.

The kayak is great! Super happy with it. Delivery has some real opportunity for improvement. They're not prepared to deliver something this weight that's merely wrapped in a plastic bag. Ours was drug down the driveway and has some pretty good dings. You should consider wrapping cardboard around it or at the least the bottom so when it's drug it's not eaten up as badly.

But it's also got some cheapy plastic pieces here or there that are totally understandable for the price, but know what you're getting into - I doubt the little clips that hold the seats in will last me - but I'll just build a replacement.

The only complaint is THE PACKAGING. I realize it shipped economy and almost 2 thousand miles but from other reviews I knew this could arrive damaged. I crossed my fingers and hoped. Mine has a few gouges where shippers dragged it, but not to point having to return so I am lucky. Remedy lifetime? Strap cardboard to boat bottom before wrapping with double plastic.

The Kayak arrived 3 days late, which is fine but I had to contact the freight company for a new ETA. Upon getting it out of the plastic, the color was really muddy. I did get the lemongrass fusion but it was mostly green and the yellow that was on there was mixed with green and looked brown. Then I noticed the bow was cracked and there was a big gash in the side. I called Walmart customer service right away and they were helpful. Got the kayak on Friday and it was picked up on Monday (today). Though the guy on the phone said once it was received to the warehouse then they would send the replacement. Though my order details say once it's received they'll process my refund. Hopefully they just send the replacement so I don't have to order it again myself. Hoping my new one has better color and the shipping company doesn't damage it.

Wish I could give 0 stars, ordered 2 of these kayaks they arrived scuffed with holes and pieces broken off on April 22. I called customer service to return these and they were picked up on April 24, they were going to send a replacement, but we canceled that because we found a better price at Sam's club. I have lost count of how many calls/chats we have made to get our refund. As of May 27 still no refund despite multiple promises from representatives. Don't buy.

This item was NOT shipped brand new to me. It arrived inside a plastic bag! The condition of the item was HORRIBLE. It came to me already damaged! A huge gaping puncture hole in the hull makes this kayak utterly USELESS! And I also asked for a return and refund of this item, and this thing is STILL sitting in my yard! They said in 5 business days this would be taken care of, and this review is being written well over 2 weeks since then! NEVER again will I buy a kayak from Lifetime OR Walmart! Extremely disappointing!

It was never delivered. I've repeatedly waited outside for hours and it never showed up, this has happened each summer for 3 years now The service they use to deliver is not effective

We tired too cancel order the same night because they were try to charge 250 shipping. This was back on April 19th 2023 and still dealing with them and have been told they have been shipped..... Of coutse when we called got a call center over sea and they just messed all things up. So as of May 1st 2023 still no boats or refund and had to cancel card so no more charges to us......

disappointed that kayak arrived late. stayed in one location several days multiple times. then came in plastic bag and damaged in multiple spots. we ordered a different kayak for my kids and arrived safely without damage. i tried mailing to store but that's not an option. how are you supposed to have a nice kayak? especially when you pay a bunch for shipping.
