They're great, I'm disabled and was able to put them together in minutes. I absolutely love them I'm just MAD 😡 that the 3 pack in brown is now unavailable because I need at least 9 more beds.
Bought 2 about 4 years ago, added 2 more 2 years ago, and added 3 more this year. Can't tell by looking at them which ones are the originals and which ones are new. They are extremely durable and even the direct sun hasn't made them fade. Lifetime may not just be the brand name, they could last that long!
The set up was so easy! It did not require any tools. I now have it filled with soil and some plants. I have planted vegetables and flowers both into this bed. I just purchased one at this time, but I will be a repeat customer soon. I was somewhat worried about the height, but now that it is setup and in use I have no problem with it. I am 5' 2" so it works well without having 2 stacked. I do not have any other type of raised bed to compare it to, but I am very happy with this purchase. I placed newspaper down rather thick to be my weed barrier. I left newspaper sticking out on all 4 sides and then placed wood chips on top of it. It has such a neat appearance in my garden.
These raised beds are a real bargain - durable %26 sturdy, well made, SO easy to assemble. I am using them as 3 separate beds. They are attractive too. They are much better than expected (I have another brand that is ok, but not as nice as these beds). I bought this brand because I have a Lifetime shed that is a real tank. So I hope these raised garden beds hold up like my Lifetime shed.
I was surprised how easy this was to assemble. It took me less than 15 minutes by myself, maybe less. Once assembled, it looks pretty good in my yard. If I had more space, I could buy another. The sides aren't bowing out after it has been filled with dirt like many of the Cedqr raised garden beds. Being very eco-conscious, I love the fact that its made of recycled plastic.
This product literally took my husband and I five minutes to put together. It's easier with two people but not mandatory. It's very well made and sturdy. I've compared it to others on the market and this one is the best hands down. Also made in the USA. Can't beat it. This should be an item regularly offered in the store instead of ordering online only. That is the only downside.
I purchased 2 finished ones from another source and 3 of the rustic ones. The rustic ones are really "rough" finished but work just fine. The finished ones are called a different name, "rustic" is not part of the title. The finished ones are super nice to look at. The finished ones have an extra board at the top so it's an inch taller than the rustic ones. I now have 5 of them and I'm using them for wild strawberries but they are deep enough for even tomatoes but you could only put maybe 2 tomato plants in each but I highly recommend them. I've had all sorts of planters, expensive and large and cheap and small. These are nice.
We set our beds up on a raised 4' x 8' plywood raised bed. It worked out just perfect. The quality was better than expected. It took a bit longer than expected to set up doing it as a raised bed, but it worked and is great. We may consider buying a second one. Everything fit well. It was well worth the cost.
This product looks great and it's exactly what we needed. We had a wooden log flowerbed that we built. We had it for the last four years and we had to paint it each year in addition to gluing it back together after each year because it kept falling apart. That's why we love this one. It's very easy to assemble and we won't have two worry about gluing and painting anymore. Money well spent!!
This is the second raised garden border that I've ordered from WM. I wanted to try this style because it is a little more decorative. Unfortunately, when we got it out of the box we found that some of the decorative detail had been smashed in shipping. This is a sharp looking design, however we decided that the plain borders would probably be more sturdy. We were concerned that the grass trimmer might make a hole in the trim on this box. As usual, WM handled the return well. I've re-ordered the more plain version to match the box I've had for 3 years.
