Liftmaster 877LM Wireless Keyless Entry System

Works great. Had a friend come in and program it.

I often have to enter the pin more than once. Other than that it's good.

Product listed as Lift Master 877LM. Company shipped 877Max, see picture. Product was a Liftmaster keypad but not what I ordered or listed on website.

The unit was a used returned controller and the open close one button feature does not work, I would like to return or replace please advise me how to proceed thank you

Couldn't get this to work so I tried to return to my local Walmart. I was told I could not return it!?? 🤦🏻‍♀️. No reason given just said it was not returnable.

Does not work with our present system. Followed the instructions given and youtube but still does not work. Product is not an original Liftmaster 877, but an equivalent. Need to return it.

This was sold as a liftmaster product and it is not. It is a cheap knockoff that didn't work. I've owned a garage door company for 20 years.

Sent a substitute of 877MAX in place of what I wanted and what the listing stated as an 877LM for sale. The 877MAX is more like a universal and cost half of the 877LM. Sent it back!

I ordered the Lift Master 877 LM to replace my Lift Master 877 MAX wireless keyless entry. Was Mart sent me another 877 MAX.

This isn't made by liftmaster, it's a knock off. On a genuine liftmaster you can hold 1 and 9 buttons down to program door to close without putting in code.
