Yummy and effective fiber supplement for children
My kids love this brand and love the taste of these. They also smell great and help with regularity very well. I pair these with separate probiotics which helps keeping childhood constipation at bay.

Works great
When my toddler started potty training he started to hold is poop in making it even harder for him to go. After starting this fiber gummy he goes regularly with no issue.

I love these tank tops … time and true are true to fit.. I wear them out. I wear them to bed. I wear them to lounge around very comfortable….

Recommended by our GI doctor at the University of Iowa Hospitals. My son likes the taste and doesn't complain about taking them. Cap secure and definitely keeps likes out! 👍🏼

Keeps the Kiddos regular!
My daughter (10) has always had issues with using the bathroom. She used to have to take Miralax daily since she was a toddler. She was able to quit taking that and take these fiber gummies instead to help her stay regular. I also give them to my 5yo twins daily.

Bad flavor
If your child is picky they absolutely will not like these. The lemon flavor is horrid. They have a very hard chew that my kids weren't a fan of, but they will eat them if I cut them up. I ordered these because my child is going through a picky phase and was not eating enough fiber. I don't think these will be the solution.

Not for young kids, despite saying 2-3 years.
Would not recommend these for young kids, I decided to try one today to see why my toddler kept spitting them out when she eats other gummy things just fine, it's not the taste, they taste fine, but they are extremely hard to chew, my jaw was actually sore by the time I was done chewing these things.

Person who delivered left on porch and vitamins melted, were usuable. I was given a refund though, just would not purchase these for delivery again.
