I started giving my kids these vitamins when they were little to help with bowel movements. I never really noticed if they were working until I went on a business trip and my husband watched the kids. He called me and said they both were having trouble going to the bathroom - I immediately asked if he had been giving them the fiber gummies…he said “no.” Once he started giving them the gummies again, they were just fine. I can honestly say they do work! We give our kids one gummy right before bedtime.

absolutely love
my daughter like these brand of fiber better.. I had bought another brand at first. she didnt like the taste. So I went with Lil critters, she been taking these instead.
