This blender is quite heavy which is indicative of a substantial electric motor and is very powerful. The variable speed dial is smooth and accurately adjusts rpm throughout the range. The turbo button is a nice feature and very useful especially when cleaning attachments in a glass jar of soap water. A very nice quality item at a great price. Hopefully it stands the test of time.

Been wanting to replace my stick blender I left in Oregon, tired of fighting with cheap low power frothers to mix/dissolve protein powder and so many other uses instead of getting hand mixer %26 tools out. This design w/cutouts in the umbrella shaped blade cover, do the best job w/least splatter mess. Hopefully it's a good product at $24 Walmart.

I only used this LinkChef immersion blender twice before the plastic housing broke. Very disappointing. I own other immersion blenders in the same price range that have lasted years without any issues, so the quality of this one is clearly not the same. Definitely not worth the money.
