The first thing I noticed was how enjoyable and I use that word because it definitely is enjoyable to use the bamboo sticks. I was not prepared though for the length of the circular needles the plastic part and so I had to go onto YouTube to learn how to use the tube and pull it through and maneuver it in order to make a smaller piece But after I've seen that I'm I'm going to try that but all in all I think they were really good deal and what's not to like about bamboo knitting needles they're wonderful thank you Walmart

Works as expected and durable

The needles were working good until yesterday and then one broke from the plastic tubing. I have tried to repair it so not sure if it will work.

I had a hard time moving the yarn along the needle and ended up using four needles that were easier. These weres sturdy and well made, but I've never had a hard time using a round hat needle.

I give it 2 stars because I truly enjoyed using these needles! I'm just learning and my tension is still very tight but the biggest downside was not even a full day after purchasing, only 2-3 sessions of use %26 they tore ! The rubber tube cracked at the edge of the bamboo flat side %26 it was so sad, I am now using even smaller aluminum needles and I miss the way the yarn moved along these bamboo ones! Aluminum needles are much more slippery. I attempted to tape %26 that slightly fixed it but it quickly peeled up causing my yarn to snag each time going across it. Gave up on them sadly.

Bought two of these to teach someone how to knit in the round with the two-needle method. One broke after about two and a half rounds and had to be returned for a refund. The other was fine (so far).

Sticks are nice, but the tubing connecting them broke the first time I used them...letting all of the stitches off of my needles and causing a lot of re-doing. I should've listened to the other reviewer that mentioned this, but I was in a pinch.
