Very well made, easy to put together and of a nice size for kids to use and play with under the Christmas tree. Would definitely recommend this train!

Bought this train set last Christmas and I'm very happy with it. I'm 63 y/o and I have this going around my Christmas tree and its as cute as can be. I'm very satisfied!

Easy set up and runs well! However note that the remote operates the train but does not turn it on or off - that must be done on the engine itself! Hope it works as well next year!

my 6 year old daughter wanted a train for christmas, and we got her this one. its a wonderful quality train and we are thrilled with the purchase! she loves using the controller to start and stop the train. the set up was pretty easy.

had for years works excellent. i let my granddaughters play with this train and its holding up just fine. just snap the track together, hook cars together and line up the wheels on the edges of track and turn in the remote! goes firward and backward has a light, makes bell and whistle noises and plays 2 different songs. we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of it for the price. we have ours running halfway under our raised christmas tree platform and circling the front of tree/ village display and everyone comments on it and loves it. I think we have had ours, this exact model for about 5 years. worth the money. brings lots of joy. it works on carpet , and as long as your tracknis snapped together properly and wheels are lined up, it does NOT fall off the track. only if it hits an obstacle it might. Buy it. you wont be disappointed.

I liked the train but it would not stay on the plastic tracks. Plastic tracks kept separating. Had to glue them together but still had problems getting the little train and caboose to circle the tracks without veering off. Also, it was impossible to unscrew the compartment which held the C batteries. Ended up stripping the screw trying to undo part to get access to battery area.

My train only came with 24 curved pieces. I did not receive the 8 straight pieces as per indicated on the box. I need the other missing pieces sent to me. Who do I contact?
