I usually have these 4 out of 7 nights per week, I love the taste THE WAY I MAKE THEM... First: I do not use WATER, I use BROTH either Chicken, Beef or Vegetable. Second: While the Broth is coming to a boil, I take about a 1/2 diameter of "ANGEL HAIR spaghetti, and break them up into 1/2 inch pieces and add them to Broth that is heating. Third: I tear open the Lipton Noodle Extra noodle package and add that to the broth., all while the Broth is coming up to a boil... Once starting to a rolling boil, I turn it down th about a 6-7 on the stove urner control, and let them roll-boil for 8-10 minutes... It is to die for...

this soup is so good ..... to remind me of my childhood growing up my mom used to make this for me it is absolutely delicious but just to let you know it is like a salty chicken noodle soup I love it it is delicious so don't add no salt no salt no salt no salt please don't

I ALWAYS buy this extra noodle soup because I know I can always count on the quality. When quick soup is needed I throw in some chicken and drop a few eggs and let them poach. The family LOVES this soup made that way.

Love this soup but I have had to cut way back on my consumption of ALL soups because of the astronomical sodium content. My blood pressure is too high to eat soup as often as I like, %26 it's next to impossible to find tasty low sodium products.

The best soup when you aren't feeling well. I always have a few boxes. I love the taste and it it frequently winter and summer. Not many calories either and fills me up.

Lipton is the go to brand for delicious instant gratification. So quick and easy to prepare. Great tasting broth and noodles aplenty. Looks great, tastes good and fast. Couldn't ask for more.

I usually keep a box of this soup mix on hand for those days when I'm just feeling ‘bleh' - under the weather, don't want much to eat, nothing tastes good, and I need a light something to warm me up a bit, without being too much. It's quite quick and very easy to fix. Sometimes I'll even add a few saltines to help quell the tummy rowlings, - maybe add a slice of American cheese to make cheese and cracker sandwiches, to be a little more filling. As usual, I think there should definitely be less sodium in this product - esp when I'm including cheese (yes, I get the boring no yellow coloring, low fat, low sodium cheese) and crackers (do brush off the tops to knock off sodium bits) Salt IS a flavor enhancer - but it's just used too much. And yeah, GOTTA get the one with the extra noodles !

Delicious chicken flavor, and plenty of pasta too. We use it as a base for our chicken soup recipe and add carrots, celery, and plenty of chicken meat to it for a complete meal.

I didn't realize the recipe had changed! I ate this throughout my entire childhood. When I was feeling ill and I bought this again today to make for my sick mother. To my surprise it was not the same recipe. The broth was cloudy and thick, and not as flavorful, even on the extra noodle, it seems like there were less noodles, and finally the noodles were mushy, flavorless and unpleasant to eat. BRING BACK THE OLD RECIPE !!!!!!!!!! This one is horrendous and quite frankly embarrassing.
