I'm supper happy with my recently purchase of this Liquid IV. Great flavor and if you do NOT like the taste, drink a bit down and just add water. I highly recommend this liquid IV drink
After having leg cramps for several nights during a 2 week ride, a friend gave me a couple of these to try. No more leg cramps during the ride! I keep them on the shelf now, but primarily only use them when I spend time outside when it's hot, or when I'm doing a lot of strenuous work.
We discovered these in a smaller pack and it is one of the few things my husband EVER has said actually works and swears by. He takes two every day and says he sleeps better and feels better. I'm happy we could find it cheaper here at Sam's. Please make more boxes with different flavors!
I have a kidney disease, so I drink a lot of water daily. Sometimes I like to flavor it a bit and these hit the spot.
Excellent to keep hydrated. After in incident that sent me to the ER a few years ago I keep these packets on hand to help me stay well.
I've been using this product for about six months and I love it. I wish they would have only passionfruit flavor.
My postman recommended this for hydration and who better to trust. I've been in and out of the hospital 189 days this past year, extremely low BP 87/43, due to being dehydrated and continuously passing out. I mix the lemon - lime flavor with Lacroix water, 3 cans per day. My BP is up approx 120 /70 range. I'm happy, healthy and have more energy. I'm very satisfied with this product and highly recommend it.
Love this product. Great price, but limited flavor choices in store. Ended up ordering different flavors for delivery after this purchase.
I dislike that this particular flavor is too sweet for my liking. If only it were less sweet maybe it would taste better. I say this because I have tasted other flavors of this same brand and they are amazing.
I bought this product to help with leg cramps and it worked. But there is so much salt in the product that it raised my blood pressure to 195/110 within a few days of use. I was told to discontinue using it by my doctor. I caution you to check with your doctor before using this product.
