Just trying out a new regime of healthy food choices and read good things about its benefits. I want to have control of my health and exploring something other than Rx. would give 5stars but just started.

The berberine tablets . I cannot say if they help you lose weight or not I haven't noticed any difference for me. Would not discourage someone else from purchasing them if they want to try them

I can not see any value to taking these. Have taken for over 2 weeks and see no difference in my health. Will take until bottle is gone and repost.
